Three steps,
and only two of them are yours.

1 Upload your file
Drop it in and test the download before anyone buys.

2 Set the rules once
Pick how many downloads each link allows and how long it lasts.

3 They pay, it arrives
The file lands in their inbox and account seconds after payment.
Selling files,
without the chores.
Private links that keep count
Each buyer gets their own link. It counts downloads and expires when you say.

Fix a file once, every buyer gets it
Upload a new version and everyone who bought it gets the update.

Lost emails sort themselves out
Buyers resend their own links from their account.

Images carry the buyer's name
On Pro and Business, each image is stamped with the buyer's email and order number.

Sell the parcel and the PDF together
One cart, one payment. Downloads unlock when it is paid, parcels ship as usual.

What sellers ask
before their first download sale.
What digital products can I sell?
Any file: ebooks, templates, planners, presets, worksheets, art, fonts and prompt packs. Video courses and large sample packs are usually too big for the per-file limits, and license keys are not supported yet.
How do buyers get their files?
By email, seconds after payment, and on the Downloads tab of their account, where they can resend the email themselves.
How long do download links last?
New links allow 5 downloads and last 30 days. You can change both for the whole shop or a single product, including no limit at all.
Can buyers share my files?
Expiring, counted links make sharing harder, and on Pro and Business images carry the buyer's email. Nothing stops someone passing on a file they already downloaded.
Can I update a file after people buy it?
Yes. Upload a new version and every past buyer gets it on their next download.
How big can my files be?
Up to 50 MB per file on Starter, 250 MB on Pro and 500 MB on Business.
Do you take a commission?
No. Orderain charges Zero% platform fees on every plan. Your payment provider's fee still applies.
Which payment methods work?
Any online payment you connect delivers instantly. A bank transfer delivers when you mark it paid. Cash on delivery is off for download-only orders.
What about refunds?
You set your own policy. Refunding or cancelling an order turns its download links off.
Do I have to charge VAT or GST?
Often, yes, based on where the buyer lives. Orderain does not collect it for you, so check with an accountant before you sell abroad.
