Thank you for choosing Orderain. We are committed to providing a high-quality, no-code eCommerce platform that empowers businesses to build and grow their online stores. We encourage all customers to thoroughly evaluate our platform using the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription. Please read this Refund Policy carefully, as it forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Orderain for subscription plans are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any charges incurred, including but not limited to monthly or annual subscription fees, regardless of whether the service was actively used during the billing period.
This policy applies to all subscription tiers offered by Orderain and is in effect from the moment your payment is processed. We strongly recommend taking full advantage of our free plan to explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Orderain is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform where the value is delivered immediately upon plan activation. Upon subscribing, you gain instant, unrestricted access to all features included in your chosen plan. Because our platform's infrastructure, hosting, and resources are provisioned on your behalf the moment a subscription begins, the costs associated with providing the service are incurred immediately and cannot be recovered.

A free plan with access to core platform features so you can evaluate the product at no cost.
Comprehensive documentation and video guides to help you understand the full capabilities of Orderain before upgrading.
Access to our Help Center and live chat support to address any questions prior to committing to a paid plan.
A demo scheduling option via Calendly so you can speak directly with our team before subscribing.
3. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at hello@orderain.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain full access to the platform until that date.
Please note that cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing cycle already paid. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining on a subscription after cancellation.
4. Exceptions and Billing Errors
While our general policy is non-refundable, we recognize that technical errors can occasionally occur. If you believe you have been charged in error — such as being billed twice for the same period or charged for a plan you did not select — please contact us promptly at hello@orderain.com with your account details and a description of the issue.
Orderain will review all billing error claims in good faith. Verified billing errors will be corrected and any erroneous charges will be reversed. Please note that the following situations do not constitute billing errors and are not eligible for refunds:
Forgetting to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
Choosing not to use the platform during an active subscription period.
Dissatisfaction with features that were available and documented at the time of purchase.
Upgrading or downgrading between plans mid-cycle.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Customers on annual subscription plans are billed for the full year upfront. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be prorated. If you choose to cancel an annual plan before the end of the subscription year, your access will remain active through the end of the paid period, but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining months.
We encourage customers considering an annual plan to try Orderain on a monthly basis first to ensure it meets their business needs before committing to a full year.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we kindly ask that you contact our support team at hello@orderain.com. We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and efficiently. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Orderain may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Orderain reserves the right to contest any chargeback that we believe is filed in bad faith or does not comply with this Refund Policy or our Terms of Service.
